Govt responsible for petrol price hike: Nitish Kumar

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has slammed the Congress-led central government citing it was trying to play safe by holding oil companies responsible for the price hike. Meanwhile, West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has urged TMC activists to turn in huge numbers to protest today, against what she termed as unjust and the steepest price hike ever.
