Guilty would be punished: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while addressing media persons on Wednesday defended his government against a string of corruption scandals, saying that he would look into all the allegations seriously and would punish the guilty no matter their rank or position. Defending himself too, the Prime Minister accepted the limitations while running a coalition government.
