After a major NCR Bandh on May 29, New Delhi might come to another standstill this week. India's Gujjar community, which is battling for Scheduled Tribe status, has threatened to bring the capital with another Bandh on June 5. Gujjars from Haryana's Mahendergarh, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Rewari met in Rajasthan's Shahjahanpur village on Sunday, where they decided to stage a major protest in New Delhi.
