HC lifts ban on media coverage of Delhi gang rape trial

The Delhi High Court on Friday passed an order to allow media to cover the day-to-day trial in the December 16 gangrape case. Till date, the trials of the case used to take place behind closed doors of the court after the Delhi high court imposed a ban on the media coverage with the incident becoming highly sensitive in the wake of huge public outcry.
