Hillary Clinton meets Manmohan Singh

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday at the latter's residence 7, Race Course Road in New Delhi. The two countries are expected to sign a major agreement that would allow the US to sell sophisticated US arms to India, senior US officials said. That deal is worth an estimated doller 10.4 billion, part of India's doller 30 billion plan to modernise its military over the next five years.
