Horse drawn Tongas used to woo voters

Forget big cars, motorbikes, etc., a political party in Uttar Pradesh is using the traditional Tongas to woo voters. And the credit for this is attributed to the central ruling Congress party candidate Rita Bahuguna Joshi from Lucknow who is banking on these traditional modes of transport for campaigning ahead of the polls to the Lok Sabha. However, with the Congress party hiring the tongas for campaigning, the income of tonga walas has increased substantially.
