Hospital staff rejoices over Shanbaug's verdict

Hospital staff of Mumbai's King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEM hospital) rejoiced over the Supreme Court verdict on Euthanasia plea of comatose nurse Aruna Shanbaug on Monday, who has been confined to bed for the last 37 years in a 'persistent vegetative state.The Supreme Court on Monday delivered its verdict while rejecting a petition filed by activist Pinki Virani in the apex court on Shanbaug's behalf. According to hospital staff, they got the fruit of their love and care for Shanbaug and were thankful to apex court.
