Former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi, who was unceremoniously dumped by the IPL Governing Council, on Monday, hit back on Twitter saying he is still the chairman of the Indian Premier League. In what appeared to be a veiled threat, Modi broke his silence since his late night suspension with yet another tweet. Lalit Modi declared on the social networking site, "Thank you all for your message of support. It is really appreciated. I am still chairman of IPL. Just suspended. Wait- we have just begun." Unfazed by the controversy surrounding him, Lalit Modi wrote, "Had a restful day. Been in the spa all day. Much needed rest."
