India creating strong security policy against cyber threats: Menon

National Security Advisor, Shivshankar Menon has today emphasized that the government is creating a "coherent and comprehensive" security policy to deal with the "anarchic new world" of cyber threats, at a seminar in New Delhi. Menon also clarified that the government is not keen to 'control' internet freedom.
