India raises concern over China stapling visas J&K residents

India's Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao on Wednesday clarified that the issue of China stapling visas for residents of Jammu and Kashmir was raised with Chinese government during Indian Foreign Minister's visit. She said this while speaking to the media persons after the visiting Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna called on the Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao at Beijing. Meanwhile, Rao also said that cyber security is of paramount importance to New Delhi.
