India's road construction not to be compared with China: BRO Chief

India's Border Road Organization (BRO) Chief Lt. General M S Badhani on Wednesday in New Delhi said that there is no need to compare India's road construction activity with China as India is making roads according to its strategic requirements. He said BRO works as per the requirements of the armed forces and the directions given to them by the Indian government.Lt. General Badhani added that right now his organisation is engaged in far flung areas and can reconsider taking up infrastructural development in the Maoist affected areas, if asked for.
