India says Bangladesh Rifles mutiny an internal matter

Indian foreign minister Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday said that the mutiny by Bangladesh Rifles or BDR soldiers was an internal matter of Bangladesh. Heavy gunfire raged through the headquarters of the paramilitary BDR in Dhaka on Wednesday, and at least five people were killed and several others were wounded. Following the incident in Dhaka, India's paramilitary Border Security Force or BSF has been put on high alert all along the Bangladesh border.
