India, South Africa sign three pacts to strengthen bilateral ties

India and South Africa signed three bilateral agreements in the presence of their leaders, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and visiting South African President Jacob Zuma, in New Delhi on Friday. The two nations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on agricultural cooperation, an air services pact and an MoU between the Foreign Service Institute of India and the Diplomatic Academy of South Africa.
