India to talk with Pakistan with open mind: Nirupama

Setting a positive tone ahead of her talks with Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir, Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao today said that India will go for a dialogue with Pakistan with an open mind and constructive attitude. Foreign Secretaries of both India and Pakistan will meet today in Thimphu to resume talks, which broke down in Islamabad last July after the meet of Indian and Pakistani Foreign ministers.
