In an endeavour to provide insurance cover to pet dogs, insurance major United India Insurance Company Limited launched a policy in Jaipur earlier this week. The policy is aimed at providing insurance cover in case of injury, illness and death of pet dogs, and is probably the first of its kind in India. Sharma also added that since dogs were the most prestigious asset for any dog owner, the policy would definitely attract the attention of every dog owner.
