Indians react sharply to fuel price hike in the country

The recent petrol and diesel price hike by the Indian government did not go well with the common people as they expressed their displeasure over this pre-budget move. The prices were raised by as much as 10 percent on Wednesday. Petrol prices in Delhi rose by 4 rupees a litre, while diesel rates were hiked by 2 rupees a litre. This is the first and the steepest ever increase this year.
