The 11th round of talks on the Siachen issue between Defence officials of Pakistan and India concluded in Islamabad on Saturday without any breakthrough to end a 23-year-old stand-off over the world's highest battleground, the Siachen Glacier in the Himalayan mountains. The two sides however, reaffirmed their commitment to abide by a ceasefire they have been holding in Kashmir since 2003 and agreed to meet again.
