Infrastructure in China-bordering states better: AK Antony

Defence Minister, AK Antony has today said that infrastructure in the China-bordering states has improved and the country is strengthening its military power. Speaking on the sidelines of a Navy conference in New Delhi, Antony added that India is strengthening its military capability on one side and continuing a dialogue with China on the other.
