International seminar on human genome opens

The Human Genome Organisation or HUGO is an international body of scientists involved in research in genomics fostering international collaborations in genomics for human health. The Human Genome Project mapped the billions of letters that make up the human genetic code. Officials said the aim of the meet was to support sequencing of the "human genome." The scientists have set up an Internet database to encourage researchers around the world to share information on patients with CNV details.
