Ishrat Jahan case: PP Pandey declared an absconder again

The Gujarat Police have intensified the efforts to trace Additional DGP (Crime) PP Pandey, one of the main accused in the 2004 Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case, after a local court declared him an absconder.
