Ishrat Jahan case: PP Pandey finally surrenders

A day after the Supreme Court rejected his anticipatory bail plea, additional DGP (Crime) PP Pandey, one of the main accused in 2004 Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case, finally surrendered in a local court in Ahmedabad.
