J&k custodial death: SC issues notice to centre

There is a setback for Jammu and Kashmir govt Omar Abdullah. The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the centre and Jammu Kashmir govt on the alleged death of National Conference worker Haji Yousuf. The Panther's Party had filed a PIL in the Supreme Court. Panther's Party has alleged that the death of Haji Yousuf is the result of a conspiracy hatched by Omar and Abdulla and the Jammu Kashmir police as haji Yousuf had some strong evidence against Omar.
