Jaiswal blames state government for maoist violence

Maoists, who operate in vast swathes across central, eastern and southern India and had called for boycott of national elections, were largely contained during the month-long polls, said India's union home minister Sriprakash Jaiswal on Wednesday. But, he blamed the state government for the maoist violence that was marked in the initial phase of the process.
