Coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal on Tuesday said that the opposition should not suspect Prime Minister Manmohan Singh of being involved in the coal row after his statement in Parliament. Jaiswal rebutted allegations that he allocated 35 more coal blocks after 2009 when the Congress led UPA returned to power. Appealing to the BJP to let Parliament function, he also said that the government was ready for a debate in the house.
