Job fair organised in Orissa's Maoist-affected district

A district level job counselling camp was recently held for the youth in the Maoist affected area in Orissa. The camp that was held in rebel-hit Gajapati district had youngsters coming in huge numbers. The aim of the camp was to provide job opportunities to the youth of the area, who otherwise would join the Maoist camp. Eight companies, mostly software and construction companies participated in the camp. Approximately 1000 job seekers from the area registered themselves at the camp.
