Kamran Akmal

A well known hard hitter, a quick run getter and sometimes a match saver for the Pakistan cricket team, is the short man Kamran Akmal. Pakistan hit the jackpot when they came across this wicketkeeper batsman. Born on 13th January 1982, Kamram is a right handed quick-scorer middle order batsman who has also opened many innings for the team. Playing cricket in all three forms, Akmal never realized his dipping form with the gloves. His younger brothers, Adnan and Umar, also play for Pakistan. Now, a Pakistan match without an Akmal trio is very rare. He is an explosive batsman at the top of the order in ODI cricket. Kamran made his ODI debut in 2002.
