Kanimozhi hasn't applied for bail: Counsel of accused

Rajya Sabha member and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's daughter Kanimozhi, appeared before a CBI special court on Friday. However, Vijay Agarwal, the counsel of one of the accused in telecom scam said that Kanimozi has not applied for bail today. While addressing mediapersons in New Delhi, Agarwal said the lawyer to Kanimozhi, Ram Jethmalani has submitted application stating his clients have appeared to respond to the court summon and have not absconded and did not apply for bail.
