Kasab's defence appeals for life imprisonment for his client

KP Pawar, the defense lawyer for Mohammad Ajmal Kasab, the only gunman captured alive in the 26/11 Mumbai carnage contended that his client who has been found guilty be sentenced for life and not awarded capital punishment. Speaking to the media in Mumbai Pawar said that his client is too young and had been under extreme mental and emotional stress. Pawar also defended Kasab that he was prompted to develop hatred against India by the terrorist handlers.
