Kashmir Elections: How the floods in Kashmir will affect my vote

Jammu and Kashmir battled the worst floods in 60 years, just three months ago. And now, they face a difficult task of electing their new government, as the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly Elections enters its final leg. But, these flood victims are still writ with anger as they blame the administration for turning a blind eye towards them. Their helplessness and lack of interest in these elections is evident through these stories that emerge after three months from the Kashmir Capital, Srinagar.
