Kashmir Interlocutors submit first report

After completing their first visit to Jammu and Kashmir, the interlocutors appointed by the Centre, submitted their initial report to the Home Minister P. Chidambaram today. The panel comprising veteran journalist Dileep Padgaonkar, along with academician Radha Kumar and Central Information Commissioner M. M. Ansari has submitted their recommendations to the government of India after their first interaction with various sections of people, including separatists, on their weeklong trip that began on October 23.
