Kashmir's People's Conference party to boycott polls

Kashmir's People's Conference party called for poll boycott on Saturday. Polling in the northern Jammu and Kashmir state will take place from November 17 to December 24. Peoples Conference party leader Sajad Gani Lone said that his party's village level units would campaign for poll boycott. On the other hand Peoples' Democratic Party or PDP demanded that the state should never be put under central administration.
