Kashmir valley's first railway track inaugurated

Kashmir valley on Saturday got its first train network. Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh flagged off the first train connecting Srinagar with central parts of Kashmir Valley. The inauguration of the train service is a part of the plan to connect Baramulla to Qazigund. Railway Minister, Lalu Prasad Yadav said that the railway track shall take Kashmir on the path of development. Meanwhile, the shutdown call given by the separatist leaders continued on Saturday.
