Updated on May 04, 2015 12:53 pm IST
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the media has accepted a supari (contract) to finish off Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), while speaking at the launch of a multimedia web site in Delhi. Kejriwal made the remarks while defending his Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar, who is accused of faking his law degree. The Chief Minister also called for a "public trial" of the media. "There is a need for a public trial of the media to expose their bias," the Chief Minister said, alleging that "a section of the media" had tried everything to tarnish AAP's image.
