Lakme Fashion Week kicks off with panache

Lakme Fashion Week or LFW kicked off to a rollicking start on Monday in Mumbai. Weaving together a story of red and black, the designer duo of Shantanu and Nikhil put up a collection of eye-catching outfits for men and women. The show had a touch of the vibrant Spanish feel as frills and ruffles gave a totally flamboyant look to the creations. The collection was a tribute from the designer duo to influences that left their imprints on the Indian culture.
