Lalgarh operation would continue, asserts Pranab

India's Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday said that the ongoing anti-Maoist operations would continue in Lalgarh, till law and order was restored in the region. Meanwhile, referring to the Tuesday's by-election results in which the Congress and its ally, the Trinamool Congress won nine out of the 10 seats, Mukherjee said the Communists were losing the support of the people in the state.
