Madhuri Gupta's judicial custody extended by 14 days

A designated court in New Delhi on Saturday extended the judicial custody of the arrested Indian diplomat, Madhuri Gupta, by 14 days. The jail authorities have been asked to produce the tainted diplomat on May 29. He also mentioned that as per the Criminal Procedure Code of Indian law, without a sanction, the police can't investigate a government servant. Hence the Delhi Police has filed for an application in court regarding the same.
