Mani Shankar to NNIS: visa issue vital in Indo-Pak relationship

A delegation of Pakistani parliamentarians is on their visit to India to have a round of fresh talks called India-Pakistan Parliamentarians' Dialogue. At this meet the topic of how to improve bilateral relationships is high on the agenda apart from business interests also being discussed. The existing visa policy is not doing what it needs to do so that it can boost mutual interests. Senior leader of the Congress party Mani Shankar Aiyar addressed the issue on this platform. He categorically said that the visa norms will have to be altered so that the genuine interests of both nations can be taken care of.
