Maoist shutdown in Jharkhand, locals suffer

Shutdown called by the Maoists in Jharkhand has hit transport system and other essential requirements in the state. Locals said, not only their normal comes to a standstill, but they also live a fearful life, because of the frequent shutdowns. Meanwhile, Police said that the shutdown call might be to protest against the recent killing of the rebel Shashidhar Mahato.
