Police in Uttar Pradesh have tightened security in various districts ahead of the Allahabad High Court's verdict on the Ayodhya mosque-temple case on September 24. Senior state police officers met in Allahabad on Tuesday to plan security measures around the high court complex. Paramilitary forces have also been deployed near the court. A special meeting was also called in Lucknow on Tuesday to beef up railway security. The Allahabad High Court is expected to pronounce its judgment on title suits for the disputed site in Ayodhya.
