Mastermind behind Citibank fraud surrenders

Citi bank Manager Shivraj Puri, accused of cheating investors of around Rs 200 crore, surrendered to Gurgaon police on Thursday. Puri is accused of using fake SEBI letter to rope in customers into putting money in schemes that offered lucrative returns, which he claimed enjoyed, Citibank's backing.
