Mayawati inaugurates Noida park, lashes out at Congress

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati today inaugurated her dream park in Noida. The park was apparently built on a budget of Rs 685 crores. During her speech Mayawati lashed out at Congress and justified building the park.
