Media houses trying to bring down Mamata’s image: Saugata Roy

Trinamool Congress, MP Saugata Roy today came out in full defence of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, after she vented her ire at photo journalists whom she threatened to “slap,” at a cultural festival in Bardhaman district, saying she is being unfairly criticised by a section of the media. The West Bengal Chief Minister last week had threatened to slap photo journalists for pushing and shoving.
