Meet the 'proud' woman who commanded the Guard of Honour for Obama

Indian Air Force Wing Commander Pooja Thakur who was commanding the inter-services Guard of Honour for US President Barack Obama at Rashtrapati Bhawan on Sunday said that it was a very proud moment for her. She added that the women officers are provided training similar to the male officers. US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama arrived in India for a three day visit. Obama will be the Chief Guest at Republic Day celebrations this year on the invite of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
