National Security Adviser Shiv Shankar Menon on Saturday said that the polity in India and China is focussed on development, regardless of those who make noises about the irritants on the border. Menon said despite the brawl in the media, nothing much has changed on the border area in the last few years. Talking about the meeting between Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Vietnam last month, Menon stated that both countries are working towards peaceful transformation of their countries.
