MiG-29 fighter crashes, pilot safe

MiG-29 fighter of the Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed on Tuesday, minutes after taking off from Adampur air base in Punjab. The pilot bailed out safely before the Jet fell to the ground in the fields of Drolley Khurd village. There were no reports of any casualties on the ground. Eyewitnesses said the aircraft was spinning in the air before it came crashing down.
