Mixed reactions over reports of rift within NDA

Leaders across the political front have expressed mixed reactions over the reports of rift within NDA. Reports of a possible fraction have surfaced in the media, after Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar's comments that the NDA's prime ministerial candidate in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections should be 'secular and liberal. Clearing the air JD(U) leader, Sanjay Singh in Patna said that their party does not favour radical Hinduism and follows a secular ideology. Meanwhile, BJP leader, Giriraj Singh slammed JD(U) for discussing prime ministerial candidate when presidential polls are round the corner.
