Mixed response over Lokayukta clause removal

Reacting over the idea of dropping the Lokayukta clause from the Lokapl bill, lawmakers from various poltical parties today called for a consensus on the issue. Reports have surfaced in the media that Congress -led central government has proposed to omit the clause of the formation of state ombudsman from the bill.
