Modi a black chapter in history of Indian democracy: Subodh Kant Sahay

Union Tourism Minister and Congress leader Subodh Kant Sahay today attacked Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for his remarks on Sonia Gandhi's foreign visits saying that Modi will be known as a black chapter in the history of Indian democracy. Modi had recently accused Congress president of wasting public money on foreign tours, since 2004. He also dared Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to reveal details of the expenditure. Sahay, took a jibe at Modi saying that he is one such leader of the BJP who has been denied permission to visit many countries of the world.
