Modi not fighting issue-based election: Cong

Even as Gujarat goes to polls in the second phase tomorrow, Congress has slammed Chief Minister, and key BJP candidate, Narendra Modi for raising issues, which deviate from the development issues of the state.President of the Gujarat state unit of Congress, alleged that Modi was not fighting an issue-based election. Congress leader Shankar Singh Vaghela, said that BJP had no issues to discuss, adding that his own party had charted out a 12-point strategy to contest the polls. Meanwhile, senior BJP Leader, Arun Jaitley said that the satisfaction and comfort level of the people with Narendra Modi and the BJP government was most evident.
