Modi visa row: BJP downplays US lawmakers request to Clinton

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today played down report of American lawmakers requesting US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to continue denying visa to the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. The party said that the blessing of the people of India is all that Narendra Modi needs and aspires to. BJP leader Balbir Punj said that it is not even important what the Congressmen in America think about Modi. Meanwhile, the Congress said that Modi is unacceptable not only in India but the entire world.
